  • SchoolAid is grateful for the support of the Vodafone Australia Foundation, which was established in 2002 to help its business and people invest time, expertise and funding back into the communities and the environment in which they live. Through this support, SchoolAid aims to double the number of schools involved in appeals over the next twelve months.

  • Australian Primary Principals Association
  • The Australian Primary Principals Association (APPA) is the national professional association for Primary School Principals in Australia, and the national voice for all Primary School Principals. APPA represents affiliated state and territory Government, Catholic and Independent primary schools across the nation (over 7200 members). It speaks directly to the Federal Government on matters that concern school principals and their school communities.
  • Australian Secondary Principals Association
  • The Australian Secondary Principals Association (ASPA) is the umbrella organisation for the eight state and territory associations of government secondary school leaders. There are about 2,000 members across all states and territories. ASPA works in the national educational scene with the Commonwealth Government, DEST, and the many and various government agencies that administer policies and projects in which ASPA has an interest.
  • Association of Heads of Independent Schools of Australia
  • AHISA is a professional association for Principals of independent schools across Australia. Members’ schools include day and boarding, and are of religious and non-denominational affiliations. All schools whose principals belong to AHISA are concerned with maintaining high standards of professional practice. They encourage the holistic development of young people, focusing on the development of the body, mind and spirit. Many of these schools are innovative, particularly in the area of the use of technology in education, community service, and quality teaching and learning.

  • ACEL is the relevant, influential and vibrant professional association for all educational leaders and the education community. ACEL provides dynamic professional learning programs and publications, and taps into the collective and individual expertise of its members, involving them in continuing dialogue and activities to improve educational leadership theory and practice.

  • Formed in 1993, PA is the national body that supports school leaders professional development – helping principals and other school leaders meet new challenges and improve the learning outcomes of all Australian school students. PA is passionate in its support of principals, their associations and their schools, to build effective, inspirational and sustainable leadership in Australia. This leadership has the learning and well being of students and staff as its prime focus.
  • Education Network Australia
  • Education Network Australia (edna) supports and promotes the benefits of technology for education and training in Australia. edna is a joint initiative of the state and territory governments and the Australian Government, through their education departments, to provide free news, resources, networks and online tools for educators. edna is managed by education.au limited and has been operating since 1996.

  • SchoolAid has teamed up with SurfAid International for the Asia Pacific Emergency Appeal to help our kids' compassionate action take shape in Sumatra after the devastating earthquake on 30 September 2009. SurfAid is a non-profit humanitarian organization with the mission to improve the health, wellbeing and self-reliance of people living in isolated regions connected to us through surfing.
  • The Australian Children's Music Foundation
  • ACMF's vision is to use the power of music to inspire and enrich the lives of all Australian children and youth, particularly the disadvantaged and indigenous. ACMF was a major grant recipient in 2009, to deliver "Music for Hope" programs in five schools severely impacted or destroyed by the February Victorian bushfires.
  • Foundation for Rural & Regional Renewal
  • FRRR partnered with SchoolAid in the delivery of grants to community organisations working in the recovery phase of the February 2009 Victorian bushfires. The Foundation supports the development of regional community foundations and uses seed funding and challenge grants to move regional development project funding into a more dynamic context.
  • Lord Mayor's Charitable Foundation
  • SchoolAid is proud to consider LMCF a philanthropic and advisory partner. The Foundation is one of Melbourne's longest serving and most highly regarded philanthropic organisations, having been established by Sir John Swanson in 1923.

  • Australia for UNHCR is committed to providing education for displaced and refugee children both in long-term camp situations, and when they return and resettle in their home communities.

  • Plan is an international child-centred community development organisation working with children in 66 countries to address the causes of poverty and the consequences for children's lives.
  • Beyond Empathy
  • Beyond Empathy uses the arts to influence change in the lives of individuals and communities experiencing recurring hardship.
  • ActNow
  • ActNow provides young people with information and opportunities to take action on issues they care about. ActNow knows that the more you understand about an issue the more you’ll feel like you can do something about it. Use ActNow to find non-judgmental and factual information on social, political, environmental, lifestyle and topical issues, and to get a snapshot of the bigger picture. The ActNow website is also a volunteering hub. Use the site to get in touch with over 200 organisations that work with young people and can provide opportunities to take action.
