We are all responsible for the protection of children and their rights. School Aid is committed to the protection of children not only from physical harm, but also the representation of children on our website that upholds their dignity and maintains their safety. We use the following guidelines to ensure that we are respecting the privacy of children and acting in their best interest:

• Wherever possible the child and his/her parent or guardian must give consent before photographs or images are taken and used
• Children in images sent to us will not be identified by name on the site for their own safety. In general, personal details that could lead to a child being identified and located through the site will not be used

• Action will be taken against anyone found to be reproducing or downloading images from our website for inappropriate use
