Kids helping kids

Kids, start helping kids!

SchoolAid enables and empowers primary school kids to make a tangible difference to the lives of other children - kids helping kids - through commitment and action. By participating in our programs kids learn a sense of personal and social responsibility towards the needs of others, and how the power of their actions does make a difference.

  • Sick of boring fundraisers for charities you've never heard of?
  • Want to plan YOUR OWN events to raise funds for kids just like you?
  • Want to find out more about how YOU can help kids affected by poverty, disaster and disease?

SchoolAid is all about YOU. We help kids all over Australia to hold events and raise money for important projects helping other kids live a better life. You also have the chance to learn about other great projects being undertaken by schools throughout Australia and find out more about the lives of kids in many different countries and cultures.

Read this inspiring letter from one class in Chullora Public School:

"We are the Student Representative Council at Chullora Public School. We held a Compassion Day to raise funds for children affected by Cyclone Nargis in Burma. We asked students to bring in a gold coin and each class traced the coins around their own map of Burma. We spent the day without lights or heaters, ate only simple food and drank water to experience learning without such comforts and as a mark of respect for the children of Burma."
