A reference to “we”, “us” and “our” in these Terms and Conditions is a reference to School Aid Trust. A reference to “you” and “your” is a reference to a registered user of the SAT website.

You must not disclose your username and password to anyone not authorised to edit your school profile page. Please take all reasonable steps to secure this information. You must immediately notify us if you become aware that someone has used your username and password, whereupon we will require you to create a new username and password.

It is your responsibility to publish only material that is suitable for public consumption and is appropriate to be disclosed to the public. As a registered user you must not upload, submit or post any material which:

We are all responsible for the protection of children and their rights. School Aid is committed to the protection of children not only from physical harm, but also the representation of children on our website that upholds their dignity and maintains their safety.
We use the following guidelines to ensure that we are respecting the privacy of children and acting in their best interest:
- Wherever possible the child and his/her parent or guardian must give consent before photographs or images are taken and used
- Children in images sent to us will not be identified by name on the site for their own safety. In general, personal details that could lead to a child being identified and located through the site will not be used
- Only those photographs and images of children that are decent and respectful will be used
- Action will be taken against anyone found to be reproducing or downloading images from our website for inappropriate use
- All language should be positive and empowering of children. Language implying a relationship of power will be avoided
